The plan moves from courtyard to a covered arcade and into a clearspan prayer hall oriented to the qibla, with ablution and women’s areas set apart — clerestory light shaping a calm, gathered interior.

The plan is organized around a central axis and entrance hall, with reception and family wings balanced to either side — arched cutstone facades and deep reveals giving the building weight, order, and permanence.

Living and majlis zones sit at ground level, private bedrooms above, and a shaded retreat on the roof deck — a vertical distribution that separates public and private life while timber screens and full-height glass control light and privacy.

Landmark tower Landmark tower Mixed-use tower. A high-rise landmark on a circular podium. The podium holds retail and public levels, offices occupy the mid-rise floors, and residences crown the top — a stacked vertical program wrapped in a sweeping sculptural facade that shapes shade and identity.

The plan is organized around one open-plan dining and lounge hall that opens fully to a terrace and reflecting pool, with service and kitchen zones tucked discreetly to the rear — a light, breeze-driven building oriented to the sea.
